accessory structures 100+ sq. ft; includes walkout basements, finished basement
areas, as well as attic space that meets the “Floor Area, Livable” definition
in the Zoning regulations.

dwellings as defined in Zoning regulations or as otherwise approved by
Selectboard

that include an accessory apartment shall pay the higher residential dwelling
fee
