The Board of Listers maintains the town's Grand List, which is a summary of all property values in town.

2006-07 Tax Rate Summary

In January, 2004, The Board of Listers began the process of revaluing all the property in town. This was done in anticipation of a revaluation order from the State of Vermont and to insure that a high level of equity in the Grand List is maintained.

The revaluation is now complete. Please refer to the 2006-07 Tax Rate Summary (above) to calculate tax based on your property's valuation.
